Test Event

The Body Fat Trucks home base location. Right next to the El Pollo Loco, look for the big white body fat test truck. Address: 12439 Poway Rd. Poway CA 92064

Appointments are required.  • Fees are payable at time of appointment.   • Appointments take about 15 minutes.  • Bring a swimsuit and towel (Workout clothes are okay)   • You will go completely underwater for about 7-10 seconds.   • The water is heated to about 91 degrees, chlorinated, filtered, and treated with spa like products.  • Please shower before testing. NO heavy makeup, NO lotions, and NO hair products of any kind. • We have changing rooms in the clinic, but no restrooms or showers.  • Ideal testing conditions are fasted 2 hours prior. Eating and drinking prior to testing is okay, however it may affect your results by a few tenths of a percentage.  • Test prior to working out, or approximately 30 minutes or more post workout (time to catch your breath)   • We recommend taking out contact lenses before testing. How to track your calorie intake and macronutrients. 6. Explanation of macronutrients based on your calorie intake and personal goals. 7.
