Read the information about what to bring and how to prepare for the test
4.
Set a reminder in your phone/agenda with your appointment time. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
REMINDERS FOR TESTING

Bring a swim suit and towel (workout clothes ok).

You will get completely wet!

Food, Liquids & exercise are OK. (Ideal conditions are fasted for 2hrs, before exercise or 30 mins after exercise)

NO hair products, lotions, or oils of any kind, please shower beforehand.
