BFT Challenge rules;

 

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the challenge. Must enter between Jan 1st 2025 and Jan 31st 2025. The initial test will start your challenge.  

 

Participants will have 8 weeks from the day they enter to retest, NO later. Participants may test before the 8 week marker to qualify, but not after. 

 

Winning person will be determined by total fat pounds lost. Total body composition change will be used as a secondary measurement. All measurements are done by the Body Fat Test Truck in San Diego using the Hydrostatic Composition testing.

 

Winner will be announced appx one week after challenge end date.

 

Payment is taken at the time of initial entry test. Challenge cost is $130-139. Entry includes a Hydrostatic initial test, retest, calories and macros goals. Cash, Venmo, PayPal or Credit accepted and preferred in that order.

 

Grand Prize will be based on amount of entries into the challenge announced after Feb 1st and gifted via check.
